Here are some videos about church revitalization. I will be posting more soon. Back in August, I was invited to record a television program and shoot some video for the Assemblies of God. Both programs were videotaped at the Total Living Network in Aurora, IL. Larry Griswold and Gary Blanchard from the Illinois District of the Assemblies of God interviewed me for the video. They then took the videos as part of a bigger program and showed it to over a thousand leaders in different meetings throughout the region. To load them on YouTube, I combined them based on length so each video (after the introductory one) is between 5-10 minutes. Thanks, Larry and Gary, for the chance to serve your churches and permission to share these videos with my blog readers. I have included all the videos below. Introductions, The State of the Church in the U.S, Re-Focusing on the Lost
The Role of Leadership/Teamwork

Hi Ed
Just listened to the 1st video and I have one comment. You state "we're the only continent in the world where the church is not growing...". How I wish that were true. But this continent of Australia has been suffering a major decline by any measure over the last few decades.
Your brother in Christ

Dr. Stetzer,
I am so thankful for your work. God is most assuredly using you. This insight on the "Comeback Churches" is simple yet earth shattering. Kind of like a gospel presentation of Billy Graham. You step back and say why didn't I think of that it was so easy. God's hand is most assuredly on you and you make the difficult simple. Mahalo! Keep up the great work!
Dr. Stetzer,
On a side note. Thanks for not being ashamed of embracing the WHOLE body of Christ. Your cross denominational work is encouraging! God Bless!
Gordon,
I read that the immigration into Australia has caused a net increase. In other words, the Anglo church is in decline, but not the minority community. So, there is a net increase over the last decade.
If I am wrong, please let me know.
Ed
Chris,
Thanks.
I see my denomination as my home and not a prison. Not everyone likes that, but that is part of life where I live. ;-)

hey sir,
awesome work! i am in the process of turning the Titanic around and i am enjoying greatly both the book and these above insights. 2.5 years ago i came back after +30 years to the local church where i recieved Christ as savior after 20 years in S. America church planting/pastoring. the church in decline here like most of USA. God bless you, your family and the place He has called you to for ministry.
peace, mark
Thanks Dr. Stetzer for both the book and the videos. I watched them carefully and took notes. Being from the Maritme District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (the sister to the AG USA), we have many churches experiencing stagnation or decline. I presently pastor a church in decline and have found your insights and research both informative and inspiring. God Bless you on your work to help the church in N.A. experience revitalization.
